Most of the time a rookie will take off and pull up before the plane has enough airspeed to be flying. Just like in this case the wing stalled and the plane nosed in. I have seen this several times even after I warned the pilot not to do it. It is just instinct I guess. Let the plane fly out and gain speed to actually have the wings be flying. Gentle pullout is the key to a succesful takeoff.
